Yeah, you know, there are times when you think, you know, I could probably do it but not really cool. All right. So can you just let us know a little bit more about your money gateway? That’s a big topic.
Andrew
Yeah, but I really I specialize in people’s behaviors around money. And really the core of IQ imagine behavioral economics, not just like your behaviors around money, right? But let’s go one step deeper and think of emotional economics. So I actually work with the that deeper side or it makes people successful and failures in in trading, in particular, or work in the trading space. If you’ve worked This series billions and Amelie just thought of watching, I’ve been told that I have to watch it because I’m just sad. That lady, the psychologist in the show is a representation of what I do. And I work in the trading space. And what she did at the beginning of the series is what I do for a living. I actually keep the zoo in alignment, and make sure that people continue to perform in the trading fantastic, but I bring that if that, you know, that same skill set out into performing with money, you know, how to perform under pressure, understanding what your drivers are to, and guiding you to maximize your ability to actually make money, how to you know how to make it, keep it and grow it. This is the secret.

Excellent. Okay. And I think yes, you’re talking about Wendy Rhodes is the name of that character. And yes, I do watch billions. It’s so awesome. Yeah, and if you’re at the beginning, well, you’ve got a long journey to go is it She’s still a great character. So, I know we’ve spoken before. And I’ve mentioned that you are a marriage guidance counselor.

When it comes to money,

Yes, exactly. Money for money. Marriage guidance counselor. So I’m looking at your website, you offer all sorts of different services, personal mentoring, and workplace workshops, and so on. So here you’ve got Why do we resist change? That’s a pretty key aspect. Yeah. How do you help us deal with that?
Andrew
Correct. Yeah, unless you really understand what your drivers are to make you the person you are. It is difficult to change because people in transition, create new ways to return to the old self. You know, we are so we have these drivers that make us the person we are and it’s like living in a jar. We can’t read the label. You can stick your nose as hard as you want against that job. You can’t read the label That label is your driver’s. That’s right, take some with my skill set my specialty, to get you to see what it is that makes you the person you want to go, you know, work so hard, I can’t make money, you know, money slips through my fingers. I don’t know why this happens, you know, life doesn’t come together for me or try so hard. You know, and you get, just like my father’s last thing I want it to be, you know, his life didn’t come together neither. And this is the space that I work in, specialize in getting into take back control of what makes you the person you are and then to align you going forward to actually be able to turn that into making money for yourself. It’s my specialty, very unique skill set. Hmm.

But then again, I thought that Tony Robbins and his ilk all go, Well, if you’re not getting success, it must be your own fault.
Andrew
Yes, correct. Correct. So that means that we need to get beyond what Tony Robbins does. So I’ll get deeper than he does. Because he what he does, he needs to do at a, you know, at a public level, I go on a one to one level. So that’s the difference one to one. That means, you know, with my traders, I give money back guarantees, that’s how good my work is. Because one to one, you’re going to get what you need to get not it’s not a generic experience. It’s personalized, specific to you. That’s the difference. Not everyone else does in that environment. He’s created a great name for himself, because, you know, he’s out in the public, but it’s a very different space and you do one to one and eventually not my biggest clients, you know, they’re they’re often spent 30 to 50, grand on himself and self education. They’ll come from all these courses out there and they’ve had the best of the so called coaches, but they can’t still get to the bottom, what it is and why they do what they do. What I can’t bring the left together financially, and they come to me, Mama specialist. Now I only attract people who are ready for true transformation. It’s a real work that I do. It’s very enjoyable. It not only will affect your money, it’s very holistic. it’ll affect your life. two ships, it’ll affect work or affect performance. A core of what I do is really about performing under pressure, and the ability to actually be able to make money when it really matters.

Now talking about pressure and so forth, I saw on your website, workshop, workplace workshops on your change solutions. And then that you mentioned about, Oh, my God, organizations have always had to deal with change. Wow. And let’s face it, we just come through the biggest change in 75 years.

Totally.

And how do you cope with that?
Andrew
Yes, this is where we’re really seeing the people that really haven’t done the work. They live their life to a facade, you know, which is half the challenge we having to live up to expectations of society and we borrow money why beyond our means, and we get in trouble. So this is what we’re seeing now is that people have living beyond their means, you know, not a very good place financially, because all of a sudden, they start to realize that the rug gets pulled out from under them. And all of a sudden, that if there isn’t a job out there, that you can’t get paid, you know, so people are looking to take back control of that and to understand and to be able to stand on the road to feed, you know, I get people to actually be able to go into jobs, work for themselves and really honor their drivers. That’s when it’s fulfilling. So no matter what happens as for me, at COVID didn’t affect me. I’ve been working you know, from my home office, and for many years now and continue with my clients. Because already made those decisions long ago to make sure I’ll set up and I wasn’t in the corporate world. I spent 30 years in the corporate world I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Couldn’t see the ends of my toes. So watching it one around me right you know After all the pain all the benefits we don’t didn’t have a life. And that’s the difference. The objective is to take back control, get your finances under control, work out what makes you the person you are lineup your journey when it comes to make money come to your underlying drivers working how to overcome your own challenges and actually sit style to actually making money in a way which is fulfilling so you can just have the time so you can spend it with your family, your friends, your children and do things you love. Because most people are compromising what they do. This is the challenge here.

It’s interesting. I’ve thought of this. I call it the event. Or Rona. I like to personalize it a little bit. That it’s like you know, you get those game shows and you got the big red button. And I think people can press that big red button, which will reset right and I think this is a perfect time for people to have a chat to you and help them with That reset button

Perfect. It’s the time when they’re starting to ask the question. They want to take control of their finances. They don’t want to be a slave to the corporate world, and his perfect opportunity to press the reset button and take back control. Yeah. And step into some of that self fulfilling. That’s the difference. align yourself with the type of work that is fulfilling that reward you, which, you know, you’ll be surprised how much your income will increase with less effort. Because you actually, you’re not just turning up doing things which don’t satisfy you. And then it’s just fun. Anything comes fun. This is the time and this is what we’re seeing. I’m seeing a lot of clients come to me because they’ve had that wake up call. Because what’s happening around them, and they go, Oh, wow, I want to take control of my finances. How do I do that? You know, and how does that work that hasn’t come together. I need to know why. And that’s what I do. Bring it all together for them. I uncover There’s drivers that make them the way they are. And it’s deep. And I’m not talking in depth of what I do because it’s, you know, emotional economics is the summary what I do to specialty license with our, you know, professional cyclists, Dr. David Kruger, and it’s all about having a very structured step by step process to get you to see what you need to see then support you to reprogram a new future for yourself. It’s one to one and very results driven. Very true.

Now, I hate to put you on the spot here, Andrew, but it’s difficult when you’re talking about a one to one process. Is it one thing or is there something a tip or something that people can do to help them with pressing that button or moving towards pressing that button?
Andrew
Yeah, that’s to make themselves a priority. They need to be the priority. You know, to look after yourself before you can look after everybody else. Make yourself a priority. Do it You need to do you know that thing they’ve been chasing year after year people do course after course and nothing changes. That’s why I call it edutainment, where they’re so busy being busy, they don’t actually do what they said they’re going to do. This is the biggest challenge, take some time out for yourself. And actually sit down and review where you’re at, work out where you are, work out where you want to go, and work out how you may get there. But we need to take the time most people are in a rush to nowhere, they’re in a rush to nowhere. And because of that, that actually do what they need to do. They pretend they’re moving forward but they’re not. This is the challenge doing the actual work that you need to do. Take the time out for yourself.
